500ml TORQ Energy Drink provides 30 grams of multi-transportable carbohydrates (1 TORQ unit) and while it is an optimal fuel source, this product also supplies fluids and electrolytes to help maintain the body's hydration needs and homeostatic balance. For optimum performance, our TORQ fuel system recommends consuming 2-3 TORQ units per hour, which can be achieved by using a variety of fuel products as illustrated in the table below. Consuming a TORQ energy drink is a method of taking in a TORQ unit and has the benefit of providing hydration as well.
